- Contact form — fill in the contact form and we'll reply by email.

Tell us your store or website name (e.g. yourname.sitesplaced.com) and, if something looks wrong, a quick screenshot. That lets us jump straight to your account.
When we're around
We're available Monday to Saturday, 10am–7pm IST. Every message gets a reply — usually within a few hours. If you write outside those hours, we'll get to it first thing.
