Customer messages & enquiries

Read and respond to messages customers send through your store's contact form, all in the Messages tab.

When a customer fills in your store's contact form, their message lands in the Messages tab of your dashboard.

  • Each message shows the customer's name, email and what they wrote, with the date.
  • Reply by email, and mark messages as done (or delete them) to keep the list tidy.

The contact form itself is a section on your Contact page — edit its fields and intro in the Design tab. For order-specific questions, you'll also find the customer's full contact details on the order itself in Orders.
